Internet complaint filed 09/29/2011 Received Automated response the same day from [email protected] stating;

Thank you for filing your complaint. As you requested, below is a copy of your complaint. Within the next business day, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the complaint. That acknowledgment will also give you information on how you can track the status of your complaint through our website. I waited and waited and waited you get the picture, finely on 10/24/2011 I sent the Following: Well it's been a month now and i have been ignored by labbb as well..
Par for the course. I did expect at the least, a blow off letter but not even that.. It's ok as I have just read and signed the online petition: "Eliminate the Better Business Bureau's Double Standards In Grading Businesses" hosted on the web by PetitionOnline.com, the free online petition service, at: I personally agree with what this petition says, and I think you might agree, too. If you can spare a moment, please take a look, and consider signing yourself. Being retired I have the rest of my life to be a thorn in the side of the crooks I run across.. I am sure the California Secretary of State department will be getting around to finding why Gadspot Inc. DBA Gadspot.com isn't registered with them and I may even learn who the Agent for Service of Process that should be on an incorporation registration.. LMAO 28 Days after initial complaint Yet only 3 days after my scathing email to BBB I received

If you have any questions, please call us. As I was not asking for any damages or compensation on my complaint, All monies had been refunded via PayPal resolution system. It appears BBB was unwilling to open a complaint of material misrepresentation for products, lack of consumer communication, and non-incorporated Inc. advertising as being incorporated which may have some effect on the B grade they now hold. My resolution request through the BBB was What State Gadspot Inc. was incorporated in.

Interestingly Trustlink has NO listing for BBB of the Southland, Inc. see screen shot. That may change as I intend to submit review. Lo and Behold I received a telephone call directly from Gadspot on 10/28/2011 wanting to do anything to appease my anger after finely receiving BBB complaint 28 days after filing.
