bbvhotmovies being charged 9.95 per month for service which i didn't order nor do i use Internet, Florida

I had ordered a movie, probally a year ago, from BBV hotmovie sales and since then my credit card is being charged $9.95 per month. I haven't ordered anything from them except the one time, I did not sign up for this service and have been unable to contact them by phone, e-mail or physical address to cancel this monthly deduction.

I my self have had small charges from this bbv movie sales, and I do not even remember ordering anything from them. It is not a great deal of money however, I would like to know how to get it stopped before they take any larger amounts out.

I found their customer service # and cancelled my account. 1 866 529 3413. I think that I need to contact my credit card company, write a request for past months of billing, and hopefully get ome $ back!
