BeBe Would not exchange or refund a Christmas present Brisbane, California

I bought a Christmas present from this company online around the end of October 2010 not thinking that there would be a problem exchanging the shirt if it didn't fit because it was a Christmas present she didn't open it well until Christmas day duh? Well the shirt for BEBE didn't fit so I went to print a return label and I was informed that I only had 21 days. WTF? I the he** was I suppose to know the effin thing wouldn't fit until she opened the present? So I called the customer service department and she tells me well you did your shopping too early so we can't return it. Are you serious? I did my shopping too early? I can't believe that they would be so obstinate about a return policy of a Christmas present. All I can say is don't do business with this company. The present still has the tags and has never been tried on. My god they could turn around and sell the effin thing to someone else. But instead they have just pissed off a consumer in a crappy economy, who decided to do business with them and spend what little money we had on their product. Upitty Mother effers. That's all I can say. I'm so pissed. EFF THEM!
