I went to Beltsville Garage because it waa a local business that has been around for a long time. Without my authorization, Dennis added an oil change, tune-up, and a new battery to my unrelated repair, costing me about $600.00 more than I expected. He offered to take out the new battery and spark plugs - really? I needed my car back and he had me over a barrel. At the time, I was being treated for breast cancer and had over $15,000. in medical bills. My tears did not move him (although it did move the receptionist, but she had no power). I will never, ever, go back there again

I completely understand Dennis Mabry ripped me off and treated me like I was a piece of crap because he decided to do repairs without my approval!!! I went in for an oil change and came out with tires, tune up and fluids changed. Last time I checked you ask before spending someone else's money. He couldn't even look me in the eye he hid and cowarded and pawned another mechanic off because he was to much of a jerk to face me. Not everyone has been born with money maybe he would understand if he was poor, but that's how he gets rich stealing from the poor!!!
