| BOB DERTHICK< ROBERT DERTHICK< MERCHANT DIRECT SERVICES< BEST RATES DIRECT I worked very hard for this company until I realized everything I was trained to do was a total lie. I was out robbing business owners of their hard earned money when I thought I saving them money. After 5 months of working for the company I had people calling and threatening to KILL me saying that they are now paying 100 more plus the lease payment. I am scared for my life now, and I have people calling me nearly everyday wondering how they can get out of this mess. When I found out what was going on and started to ask others in the office, everyone in the office laughed at me like I was stupid and naive. I was shocked, floored and couldn't believe that the whole office is basically in on this scam. I am not a crook and refuse to be used as one of their little pawns in this business scam. If you are looking to get into this industry Do NOT do business with this company. After researching the company they have had multiple DBA's that they have been used in the past to keep scamming the same merchants over and over again, and if you type in "best rates direct" in the search bar above you will see that one merchant already figured out there scam and posted it on this same site for everyone to be aware that AA Processing, Merchant Direrct Services, Best Rates Direct are in fact all the same company out of Davison, Mi run by the con artist him self Robert/ Bob DERTHICK and then they sign you up with "North American Bancard" out of Troy, MI and some crooked leasing company they use. I called North American Bancard to do the right thing and blow the whistle and I honestly got shut down and was told to call back " BOB DERTHICK" the person that was responsible for all this mess and he STOLE ALL MY MONEY that he said he would pay for life. Truth: North American Bancard turns a blind eye to whats going on to the merchants and sales reps that work with the company but after so many alerts from so many different merchants and actual sales representatives I refuse to not stand up and say something. Buyers and Workers BEWARE!!! Do not do business with this company or work for this company or you will regret it. |

| The person that post this blog, is an ex- rep that was employed by best rates, he proceeded to try to steal away some of the merchants he wrote through our company, specifically the ones that didn't cancel because they were lied to. His name is Chris peplinski he opened up his own Little shop of horrors named, vmd direct, vmd, this is a classic case of an ex- employed with a grudge because he was fired as a result of his own actions, and of course we are the big bad wolf because we would not allow the deception to go on, it's ex-employees like Christopher peplinski that gives businesses like best rates, a bad name, because of their dishonest business practices. |
