Best Soft Solutions System Tool Malicious software disquised as antivirus program Internet

This malware turned off Windows Security Essentials. It then started scanning my computer and informed me it had found 38 viruses, trojan, and malware on my computer and warned that if I did not remove the problems immediately, the result would be that everyone I knew would get infected also, including employers, friends, relatives, etc. After seven hours of trying to remove this malware by going to sites that scan your computer and remove malware and this malware would immeditely shutdown my computer and show a blue screen of thier own and then restart my computer. It would do the same each time I tried to turn on any anti-virus or program on my computer and then it would say that the program I was trying to open was a virus and was blocked for my protection. After the seven hours I paid $99.90 and then the system tool removed automatically the 38 virus and such it had installed on my computer, if there was really anything at all, since I always have a anti-virus program running at all times. I called my bank and they quickly gave me credit for the money that was taken fraudualently. They never provided me with any program that I could control or could remove. I bought Mcaffee Total Internet Security and ran a complete scan and it said the the system tool was a malware and removed some of it but I still have a alpha-numerical named file listed in my contol area of Icons and notices of various programs and have not found a way to remove it as of yet. Something should be done about these kinds of people who abuse our use of the internet and violate our computers with thier trash and force you to pay in order to get use of your computer again. They should be placed in prison till they have done all the time that they have controlled any and all computers and make them pay back every cent they took by fraud and pay restitution for any other damages occured as a result of thier illegal confiscation of your computer or computers. They then should forever be barred from having access to the internet.
