Bidrack.com 89Auctions Won, Over $360 in charges to my Credit Card, no mercandise from winning auctions received. Internet

I never received any of my 89 wins from Bidracks yet they felt free to charge my card. It was approximately $300 in bids and $60-$70 in shipping and or fees. I emailed them in July 2011 and received a email in reply to my complaint, see below: [#311411] won items never shipped
