Bielinski Homes Bielinski Will not refund Earnest Money WATCH OUT. Waukesha, Wisconsin
4th of Feb, 2011 by
I had a very bad experience with this builder, they will pretend to be you best buddy until you have to back out for unforeseen reasons.

I was going to build a home in one of the builders planed neighborhoods and everything seemed good and theprice was great at the moment. They put you in what is called a "smart Package" telling you they will absorb all costs, all you have to do is put 1,000 dollars down and the keep it in a trust and tell you "we will give it back, if things do not work out to your liking". Long story short I had to relocate for a job and said I was backing out of the deal, they did not like this very much calling and emailing be a bunch of time trying to change my mind, but I ammoving! I got a call from some "big shot" at the office telling me I owe them 1,500 more for everything they did for me, like color options and design consultants. I am just telling everyone to becareful with this company when I tried calling to get an answer it took a few weeks. This Bielinski homesis a very "shady" company, they are not looking out for your best interests.

thanks, sincerely

I agree with you completely!
I got an apt through them back in 2009, moved in a few months after two of my friends got a place got added to the lease on month three in a 1yr lease i believe. Anyways, to keep this to the point and light on unneeded details; one of my two roommates lost his job the same month I moved in. From then on he just made the place a living hell, would invite over anyone who he could use for smokes or food etc.. it seemed like he literally just wanted to see how much he could get away with. When it was all said and done we got evicted for a noise complaint while me and the other reliable roommate were both working one night, he had someone come over with rock band and had it cranked on the speakers. The next morning, the eviction notice in the door. (we had been trying to remove him from the lease so he'd have to leave but, the lease stated that the only way he could be removed from the lease was if he signed his way out of it.. bs if you ask me..) Without him knowing we got a slight extension on getting our stuff out a day or two after the eviction date. (The lady in the office had gotten to know us and was aware of our problem with him.. she felt sorry for us because we didn't create any problems it was just him..)
The last night he knew we were aloud to be in the apt, he stopped by drive-thru while we were working and told us where he would leave his keys to the place. The next morning my father stopped by the apt with my key to access how much room we would need later on to get all my stuff out, when he stopped by my work to pick me up he mentioned that something was astray at the apt. When I arrived later that day to get the last of my stuff with my dad, my other roommate, his mother, and a friend we walked in to find the place destroyed.. In the most peculiar ways..

Any paper (the phone books mail etc) had all been traded with the food in the freezer which now was instead spread around the apt in random places including but not limited to opened packages and cans of food spilled into the bathroom sink/toilet, powdered milk poured out in a circle around a single lamp sitting in the center of a room. The vacuum destroyed in pieces in the main living area told me right away that he was doing this as some kind of slap towards us not the renters.. he didn't want us being able to easily clean anything. The lady from the office came up with a camera and started to access the damage he had done but then sorta stopped when we told her we had partially started cleaning already. She told us that the two of us wouldn't be charged for the carpet seeing as it was due to be replaced and wasn't before we moved in. After 6hrs of cleaning with five of us working non-stop we had the place looking as it did a few days prior, still lived-in.. but not a wreck like he has made it.

All in all a number of months after we were out of the place we began getting letters in the mail from a collections agency claiming that we owed them $870 supposedly for the first month's rent which they (seeing as I didn't move in until the 3rd month) got free, as well as 100 or so for the carpet's damage.
Me and my friend ignored the letters and soon thereafter phone-calls seeing as we saw it as his problem more so than our own, since he had only paid his portion of rent maybe once out of the 6 - 8 months we were there. Skip ahead a year and the phone calls and letters stopped all together, .. for about a year, then skip ahead to the following year beyond that; May of 2012. I get a letter from a law office claiming that I still owe said money and now have 30days to comply "OR ELSE" A few months later I moved back into the state, and after just a handful of weeks I get a call from someone on my doorstep when I'm not home trying to serve me. He asked when I'd be home, I told him I had no idea. I told him to just leave the legal papers there on my stoop; figuring he couldn't and had to physically hand them to me. Later on I'm told that they were left there even though on the papers themselves it says they were hand delivered to me in person. After I saw the documents everything about the sketchiness of it all hit the fan. It only had the two of us getting served on the thing.. didn't even mention anything about the guy who was to blame for all of it. I then was reminded by my friend (the good roommate) that the office lady had pointed out the very last day we were there that she had come across some problems with the other guys lease info.. The phone number and address he had used both led the other roommate's parents house. (How this was just noticed 6+ months after all of this.. who knows..) Because of this my friend was not only getting the letters and phone calls to his house for him.. but also for the other guy.. ~.~

All in all I know what you mean about the company not doing their job as they should..
Too many things they should have never overlooked.
Believe it or not I'm looking forward to court for this, I've got plenty of evidence showing the claims I'll gladly make to get him and Beilinski noticed in their true light. Including even a somewhat shotty video I took of the aftermath of the apt after he'd left his mark.

I never thought I'd be happy to go to court lol
