I was contacted by Kenny Clemens offering to sell me Canary Island Palms for a project and he gave me a great price for them. I gave him a deposit for 11,000.00 for 4 trees. He was never able to produce the trees as stipulated in his agreement. He tried to sell junk trees. They have refused to reply to our demands and refund our deposit. They have terrible communication, there is never anyone to answer a phone. The only phone they have listed is a cell phone and a web page that makes them seem and look greater then they are. Word on the street is they are all washed up!! They have no money to operate. Which is why they haven't refunded our deposit. Everyone in the business hear the same stories of people being taken for there deposit. They have the reputation of been thief's. They have numerous claims against there state bond which has been suspended. An soon there state contractor license will be too. If anyone want to join me in bringing civil and criminal charges to everyone associated with this company...let me know.
