Absolutely terrible! They take your money then don't file your case. They lie about why they aren't filing your case and they must think you won't check it out. They actaully told me there was a waiting list of some sort that is causing my delay. Not true it turns out. They took my full payment months ago and my case still isn't filed even though they say they have everything they need. I finally called other attorneys to see what the facts were and turns out that Bizar and Doyle are lying to me. My case should have been filed within four weeks of my full payment and signature on my documents. We are past four months now!!! It took them over a month to get me my petition just to review it. Now we are over four weeks since they claim they have everything in order to file my case. They say the delay is due to a backlog of filings. This it turns out, is another lie. Three other attorneys told me that once my petition is signed, filing would take place within ten days or less. Not, six weeks! As stated above, they have my money, they have my signed petition, I took the pre filing course and they still haven't filed my case and it's been over four months since I paid them in full. Run don't walk away from these people. They are either too busy to care or too incompetent to represent you. I will be filing a complaint with the ARDC and the IL Attorney General's office if they don't do what they were paid to do or refund my money.

I went to Bizar and Doyle in October of 2010. I really didn't want to file bankruptcy so I tried to find out if there was another way. My wages are being garnished all the time while I was paying Bizar and Doyle, (the red flag should have went up then), which made it difficult to say the least. My family told me the garnishments were suppose to stop but they haven't and I'm still waiting for them to file my case. I call every other day and the guy on the phone says the lawyer is working on it. I've been so stressed because I don't have money to throw away. I wasn't expecting some lawyer to rip me off and it's affecting my job because my wages are being garnished and I barely have enough to pay my rent. I sent in all my forms in September 26th . On October 4th I called and was told 5-7 days. I called back October 11th and was told it shouldn't be too much longer. Today is October 22nd and now I know there will be nothing done but I'm glad to have found this site so I know what I have to do.
