I ordered products through a Groupon. This company took my money and would not answer any calls/emails regarding my order that they never shipped. They counted my groupon as used but they kept telling me they did not have a record of the order. This is a dentist and they sell dental products. They are a scam company that uses sites such as groupon to steal from people.

me to i am located in new york after months of playing e mail and phone tag with there customer service rep beth teadtke who advised me in person thirty days ago that my order was ship she just called me and stated that she has no record of the transaction ever occuring this is after she advised weeks ago that the item was shipped to me, after i started questioning here she hung the phone up DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON OR ANYTHING FROM BLING DENTAL JUST THIEVES BY A DIFFERENT NAME

I am being told that my order was shipped on December 12. I ordered the product on October 25. This company is not reputable and Groupon should refund any money paid to them!

Wow the exact same happened to me...I received an e-mail saying Thanks for redeeming my Groupon offer and to expect shipment within 6 weeks and 3 months later, no toothbrush. I'm not sure what else I can do to get my money back especially if they are a bogus company. It's too late to dispute the charge with Groupon!

We understand that an excuse does not make up for a poor experience. With that in mind, please allow an explanation of events last fall.

Our company planned for healthy growth last fall but we had exponential sales in September and October. We were back ordered even while our shipment was on its way to us. It took us two and a half months to receive the next order we placed from our manufacturer - which finally filled all back ordered product in December and January. We expanded our shipment notice for new orders - but experienced a delay beyond our control to our November shipment which further aggravated the situation.

While most companies would be thrilled at such growth, Dr. Raymond, our founder, was overwhelmed by the negative experience this was causing customers. His passion is customer service - which is one of the reasons his dental practice has become one of the most successful in Oregon.

In two months the company underwent a complete restructuring - from our shipping department to our consolidated website, the building of an entire customer service center and call center. Massive expense was put out to enable our company to handle the influx of inquiries and customer service needs. We are a completely different organization. Please accept our sincere apologies. We are profoundly saddened by the negative customer experience - and we acknowledge it as such. We have aggressively worked to repair any lingering issues. During the restructuring the one department that suffered the most was the customer service department. There were a handful of customers that did not receive replies to emails or calls - our staff was overwhelmed. This is not acceptable and we want a chance to speak with you.

If you have still not received an order or did not have a response to a previous inquiry - by all means please contact us. We will resolve your issue and prove that we are a company that cares about our customers.
