We have booked a plot in Blue River Realty pvt limited, baroda company for their project Blue Garden. The promotors are very greedy and they will promise very high but beware and check the realty beofore you invest. You will loose your money, they have no reputation. After payment, I found that land is disputed, when I asked for my money back I did not get anything back yet. They do not even pick up my pohne, I am in UK and do not have anybody to chase them. It is very frustrating to see my money go in a black hole. They promise that they have done many projects in Baroda but pls check.

There is no one who has booked a plot with us from UK. If this anonimous person can prove with any paperwork or payment detail proof we agree to give this person a free plot. This is a mischief played on honest companies like ours. We challenge this internet company or similar companies to prove these allegations and then post such comments. We have taken a very serious note of such posts and request documentary proof in 15 days, failing which we will forward this case to our legal advisor.

This is all Bogus and Bakwas... everything is rubbish told by Uk fellow, who is jealous from Blue River business and he can't afford to do business and also can't earn much. Such type of fellow is not reliable persons and nobody has to notice his comment. This fellow is passing through mental illness. He is mentally week. He is wrighting this type of comments for all business entrepreneur. All buddies has to take care of him. I am also staying in UK, and I had booked some property with Blue River, my some friends has also booked with them, but they are very kind and honourable persons. They never do like this. If this UK fellow has paid any thing, he has to send his detail of payment; this is all false and misguided matter. This Uk fellow might be a frustrated Guy, who has nothing to do in his life. And he may be also unsuccessful in his career.
