| Bought a brand new computer HP 3000-1223 from Sams Club on Sept 23, 201o. Problems after about 6 weeks, customer service did nothing--talked to so many techs and finally was referred to my "case manager" who told me I had to ship it back to HP for repairs. Have sent it back 2 times in last month and when it returns within 5 minutes it crashes, shuts down etc. Case manager now tells me I had to return it for 3rd time as my only option. Told him warranty states they will send new one or refund my money $900.00. And when asking for his supervisor he said she does not take calls and he is the only one I can talk to and my only option is to return it again. They claim they can find nothing wrong with it but I have read all the many complaints about this product. I will never ever buy a HP product again and want my money back so I can buy another brand. Have been without a computer now for two months and they are doing nothing to help me but give me the run around! Sent certified letter to HP CEO and also the VP, have heard nothing back from them but case manager says they contacted him and he assured them it was being "fixed" NOT TRUE, they just tell me they find nothing wrong. Going to send CEO another letter on Monday with c.c. to everyone I can think of--BBB, Federal Trade Commission etc. My blogger friends who have listened to me vent on the occasion I can log on are all now going to also send letters to HP CEO. I need help with this, am disabled and in a wheelchair and it is a very heavy all in one unit and its hard for me to keep repacking and have to then ask neighbor to take it to postal store for me. I am having big pains in my neck and he now has big back problems and they just seem to think I can keep doing this forever or until warranty runs out next September. NOT. |
