I purchased a yamaha grizzly in 07 from bright powersports .they gave me free delivery and a warn winch sounded like a sweat deal for nine thousand dollars..here is where the smoking mirror story starts there delivery driver showed up at 10pm. He had called me multipule times telling me that he was just around the corner but in reality it was 5 hours later, when he arrived at my house he wouldent come inside to sign the paperwork,he made me sign it in the delivery truck with the dome light as the only light the paperwork wasent visisble. Once I signed the paperwork (like a foul) I took it inside the paperwork said 12,999.i went back outside to catch the driver before he left he sped away nowing what he had just done.i tried contacting the salesman the next day and they had said he had been "fired",i asked for the sales manager once he was on the phone I told him what had happend he said,it was my fault and that I should of paied more attenchion when signing the paperwork!i realize this was my fault,but gives them no right to rob people.the dealer recently changed hands I have talked to the new owner and he has told me they have had over 50 people call them with my same story.
