| The College Officials Knowingly had Me sign Fraudulent Financial Aid Documents * Misleading * Misrepresent * False Claims * Yelling at me to just sign the paper when I was trying to be informed and ask questions. I was Intimindated and Bullied by College Officials. They give our teachers a notice right at the beginning of our class, that Officials in the Financial Aid Department want to see us so they Knowingly do this because we want to hurry up back to class and get us to HURRY UP and sign finance documents we have not even gotten a chance to look over fully. Which is willful obstuction of learning. The college has students do a mandatory sit out so they can withdraw you without your knowledge the steam roll you into signing a new RE-Enrollment agreement for $10,000.00 dollars more then it was gonna be. The College knowingly up charges tuition in the concentration part of classes because we dont need any books for the last 9 classes we have but charge us more so they keep oour money. The college lead you to believe just like they did me, that I had to purchase all my books and supplies from the college book store they own, then charge triple what they really cost. The College and official intentionally Mislead me and withheld information and access to financial aid, coercing me to purchase textbooks from the college store at a way higher price compared to retailers or online prices. The college has been giving me the run around leading me like a chicken with my head cut off, trying to figure out what department handles certain information such as the student portal. The student portal is a total fraud it says you can either exept your awards online, but you cant, they purposely do that so you have to see the officials right when your class starts to hurry you though the process so your even more confused. The student portal says I had a program transfer which I NEVER DID. That in itself is a Fraud. The college has two student portals the original and the new one. If you want to see your finaincial information you have to use the new one but it takes you right back to the old portal. #1 ( * MISLEADING * FRAUD * Officials abuse the power they have to Intentionally make a monetary gain instead of having the students best interest in mind. The school is illegally charging me for fundumentals class I never took, but tested out in 11/2009 from the compass test. Intentional testing eben knowing you have a high school Diploma or G.E.D and prior college classes with an ability to benefit. So they can profit more off you by mandatory sit outs. The catolog says they the college dont have a leave of absence policy, but the collge is the one that forces the sit out. It is illegal corruption starting at enrollment all the way till your confused about awards and aid untill you get to have the registra choose the classes for you, then take your money by overcharging at the bookstore. Not to mention on my student account they dont even have the proper book isbn numbers listed of even the name of the book I bought. MISLEADING.. I have had three different presidents, three different deans, and 6 different Surgical technology department heads in the 20 months I have been there.. The credits, and Clock hours and quarter credit hours, are INTENTIONALLY LEAD TO MISLEAD * DISTORT * and CONFUSE STUDENTS. This School broke so many laws, From Code of Federal Regulations - Untited States Codes - Department of education - Office of civil rights - fair trade - and lastly Americans with Disabilities Act. I will say one positive thing the teachers just like at any school want to teach and they have been a blessing through all this other chaos because the teachers have nothing to do with the colleges LACK OF MANAGEMENT. |
