i bought 3 atvs new ones!
2- 250 atvs and the ticket was closed out. trevor mccalister was going to hang the phone up, till i said i wanted another atv. 1- 125 atv. three helmets were ordered on the second receipt. somehow the atvs and helmets were split up on the receipts budget atvs sent to the credit card co, because they would never give me a receipt. one request after another request. anyways the atvs are not as they were ordered on the receipts. budget atvs has chosen to split the order up to make more sence, when you but 3 atv at one time, the dealer will knock the price down! on all the machines! well i paid full price on the 125 and didnt notice it till i was off the phone. i have had some brain surgery and have some issues with certain things somethimes. this ordeal i even have witnesses. anyways the atvs and helmets were split up to make the prices look better!!! the 125 was 720.00 i was charged a restocking fee of $600.00! the 125 atv was damaged so much the right front tire was 3 inches further forward than the left. so back on the same truck it went. the 2nd atv was the wrong color, i called and they said they told me. they did no such thing. the 250 yellow atv is also bend in a couple places. the damage is not as sever as the 125 atv i sent back. i thought i could live with it, the color. so i put the atv together, it will not start, the handle bars are bent at the shaft due to shipping. there is no petcock for fuel shut off and the tank looks mighty wrong! besides the wrong color, visible surface rust and the fact it wont start or the steering is damaged to a point of is it safe. i got skeptical fast, during assembly of the last 250 atv i noticed also it was damaged. bent at the frame, i could straighten it with adjustments but then the chain would not line up!! i called budget atvs for 3 to 4 days, talking to 3 or 4 different employees. each one told me i needed to speak with trevor. i left my # each and everytime!! twice a day! on the 4th day i was very uneasy so i called the credit card co. disputed the charges and delt with lies from budget atvs. ive nothin to hide and would love this to go all the way!!! the witnesses of the damage is now astronomical and the 2 i have on the 125 sent back that misteriously repaired itself during shipping back from where it came from!! no kidding! budget atvs even said they tried to deliver another atv to me and they said i refused!!! never happened!! another lie from a company in texas!
the helmets are the wrong color and style, i measured everyone the same and only one helmet fits? a cloth tape was used to measure the head just above the brow.
it seems the credit card co was told convincing lies! i will never stop talkin this! the buisness budget atvs is a criminal operation to do this then sent demening emails to me. telling me "i need a hobby trains and planes are supposed to be fun" im a 100% disabled person tryin to do somethin nice for my mife and kids so they can get away when im in so much pain. i would have never been able to afford these unless for some luck on fathers day last year with 3.00. i want to bring joy into my house! i cxan not controll the pain frequency or severity! things get hard around here and now i have chest pains like no ones buisness!
