BulkFans Does not complete my order. Scam! Internet, Internet

I was screwed over by BulkFans.com. I bought a smaller package of targeted Facebook fans from them to test out the service. Well, the order started weeks ago and they still haven`t delivered more than half of the likes promised while they say a couple of days on their website. More important than that, most of the likes are coming from people in India and Pakistan (instead of the US) and that have very similar profiles, with all of the same friends and likes, and no interaction other than spamming my wall. I plan to report them as many places as I can because I have all the proof needed to prove that BulkFans is a fraudulent business. I chose them after researching many Facebook fans companies and reading many reviews of companies that do the same exact thing and I trusted them to deliver but they let me down.
