Business Computer Training Institute Not Properly Trained Tacoma, Washington

Yes I went to Business Computer Training Institute in Vancouver, WA between 2000 and 2002, if I knew back then what I know now I would of never even went to that school, I was waiting for them to give more training but it was more repeated training, I kept hearing complaints about the school even from the teachers that were teaching there, fact is most of the training you could get @ Work Source witch is free. Lets just say I never got the job they were so bragging I would get after my training, another thing I should of not even been there for reason I was in special education through my 12 years of regular school, also I did have a criminal record witch did prevent me from getting a decent job, I still owe for the student loan that I had taken out for that school, and I never have paid them any money, now my taxes are being offset, it is causing family problems and mental anguish. I want to know if I still have a chance to get legal help because I need it now more than ever?
