Horrible service, Discrimination, Intimidation, Insulting, Threatening

The business and its president failed to do what hey promised to do after receiving money. Dishonest and unprofessional. When receiving customer's to inquiry the order and giving feedback, its president said F*ck to customers and hung off the phone twice. When they know customer would file a complaint online and with BBB, the business threatens in email if they see any reference of this matter, they will sue the customer.

When the business found the online complaints, the business emailed the customer saying the complaint "is written in a very broken English by someone who must not done well in College".

When the business was notified by the BBB, the business and its president emailed the customer asking for $350 for their attorney fee and remove BBB complaintall and online reference by Aug. 17, or they will file a law suit against the customer, plus report to the police, immigration, customer's school and internet service provider.

Then the business's attorney sent a letter to the customer, asking again to remove all the honest complaints, or they will sue the customer. They said the customer was not the business's customer while they received money from the customer and in the email the business clearly wrote "pick up service".

Horrible service provided along with Discrimination, Intimidation, Insulting,Threatening. BE AWARE!!!

Hopefully, this kind of bad experience won't happen to other customers any more. This kind of people or company is a shame to the community and it doesn't show the good spirit of America business at all.

It seems the business and its president came up with a new idea. When the business and its president realized that we have our phone records, so he can't accuse us for harassing him. Then He claimed he received no less than 15 blocked phone calls and implied we called him. We doubt there are 15 blocked phone calls in his phone record. If there are INDEED 15 blocked phone calls on his phone, he REALLY need to report it to the police and authorities ASAP. Everything can be tracked in this country. We hope he can find this person one day, if this person does exist. Other than that, stop harassing us with your endless emails. We know what you wanna do. Just do it. Oh yeah, don't forget to take your evidence...lol...
