I placed on order with BuyMerchant.com for 1 yellow beanie ski hat for $4.98 that I needed for a Halloween costume. Since I ordered the item excatley one week before Halloween I paid $12.65 for 3 day shipping. I waited for the item and it never came. I called the number off the company website and a very rude man answered the phone. I started asking him about my order and he yelled at me to tell him what I ordered. I asked him if he needed the order ID number to look it up and he continued to yell at me. I started to think that maybe I dialed the wrong number because I have never dealt with such horrible "customer service" so I asked him if this was "Buy Merchant" the company. With that he started yelling again saying "this is a frivolous phone call, I am trying to start trouble for him, why else would I be calling from a blocked number!". He then hung up on me. My phone number is blocked for personal reasons. I tried faxing him a cancellation letter to the fax number provided by the website but an elderly women kept answering it. I then emailed him a cancellation letter and said in the email that he should be more professional when customers call his business. He replied to me with a very rude email and then told me that he would be charging me 20%. This man is a crook and a thief. Imagine how much money he is making off innocent cutomers. It seems like he has no intention on shipping anything to you and then when you get frustraded when you dont receive your order and cancel it, he charges you 20% for him doing absolutly nothing but bullying his customers. Do not order anything from this man, you will not be satisfied.
