This company contacted me and said they saw my product on my website and were interested in selling my product through television and not to confuse them with other companies that charge for their services. They said their company pays for 100% of all costs. I called and talked to Matt Stern and he explained that they would market the product through internet and television and eventually work it into the retail market. He e-mailed me an outline of what they would do and said I just had to pay them $700 and samples and overnight them because they needed to show the samples to a focus group which would give them an unbiased evaluation of the product, but that would be the only cost on my behalf. They get the product and check (they sure cashed it quik also) and a few days later tells me the focus group went very well. Said the next step would be they would be sending me a purchase order for about 3,000 items. I don't hear from him for about three weeks but when I do he tells me I need to send them 1000 samples and overnight a check for $1,500. So I rejected his offer. It sounds like this company just lures you in and keeps increasing the amount the further you go along. And why do they always need the payment overnighted. Theres nothing free about this company, they will just keep asking you to pay for bogus things and never do what they say they will. Luckily they didn't get too much from me. When I searched them I couldn't find anything bad about them, but thats because they were a new company. Don't fall for their scam.

Hello, I to was victim of Matt Sterns scam and also am out $700. It started back in August. My BBB claim was closed about 3 weeks ago with no assistance from BRTV. I have saved emails and phone messages about what they were going to give me and /or produce for me. It has caused us great financial problems as we produced $7k of our product as we were to have an order from the, . We are now in danger of losing our business and now our home as we are in debt for product.
I am wanting to move forward with legal action but don’t have the financial backing at this time. Please count me in. This guy has to be placed behind bars.
