Svitlana Sangary is an attorney that contacted us because we had a Mutual Client and she needed our services to strengthen her case. She sent us via fax and email a written request for Laboratory samples that she needed prior to April 12,2011 for a mediation that she was involved in. We explained to her that these samples were laboratory samples that would cost us an out of pocket expense to have them analyzed. She sent a promise of payment in writing and also verbally told our office that she had mailed payment for the samples and report requested. We informed her that we do not release information without payment, but due to her deadline, as a professional courtesy, we would accommodate her needs. We got her everything she needed, at our expense, before the deadline and since she had received our report, she no longer felt the need to pay or take or return our phone calls. On the occasions that we have gotten her on the phone, she tells us that she needs to locate the file to determine what happened to our check. She said she can't locate the file and then she tells us to hold on and leaves us there indefinitely. When we call back, she either stops answering the phone or simply answers it and lays it down leaving us again to hold on indefinitely...all the while never responding to any of our calls or emails, faxes or otherwise. As an attorney, you would think that they would have a moral and legal obligation to do what they say in writing and to not steal services from people that are doing a courteous favor to help. Svitlana Sangary has proven herself to be an immoral person that has no conscience and has no concern for stealing. Not the kind of individual that someone would want to represent them in a court of Law. I would steer clear!!

Stop laying online !

If you are really telling truth why you don't sue her on court of law with all documents you have?
Why you are wasting your time and writing online abut Doctor, Lawyers or any professional?
They only answer I find is she or he is your your business competitors and you can't challenge her or him and the only way you have putting dirt online.
