Camvoice Membership ripoff and defrauding, Internet

I paid for a membership to CamVoice ( ). The administrator of the site randomly and without written notice cancelled my membership with 2 months of paid membership still remaining valid. I attempted to contact the site administration to request an explanation for the access denial and a pro rata refund of the membership fee which is owing under statutory law.

Despite several attempts to contact the site administration, no response has been received and no pro rate refund issued. This is highly unprofessional and illegal. The site has no right to take payment for membership for a set period of time and then arbitrarily close that membership before the paid period expires. As an internet site, I believe the site administrator (Stefano Broz) believes he is beyond the law.

Although the amount of money in question is derisory, the principle is significant. I have referred the matter to my lawyers and, if the administrator fails to acknowledge their request for an explanation and pro rata refund or reinstatement of membership access, the matter will be taken to court to recover losses + court and legal fees. In addition, my lawyers will be filing a complaint with IC3 against CamVoice.

This is a warning to avoid paying membership to CamVoice. The administrator is unprofessional and he employs a team of young, amateur moderators who randomly impose bans on paying members without consideration of the legal implications of such actions.

i to am paying for camvoice .it appears to have shut down.i have tried many ways to make contact without sucsess.
