I ordered candles for these people for my wife's store. The site says it is a secure site. 8 weeks later I have no product and I am out $ 200.00. They will not answer their phone, it goes straight to voice mail. I have emailed and called several times. The emails where as follows:

I have left several messages and have not received a return call. I have also emailed. I would like to be responded to. You have processed my payment but I have not received any product or even the courtesy of a confirmation call or email.
