Catherine Dement Loan Modification Fraud Yorba Linda, California

She is a fraud. Claimed to have direct contacts at my banks and that she could help me save two of my homes by obtaining loan modifications. Her and her assistant Kimberly Silva collected a 1,500.00 in cash and 4,000.00 with two of my personal checks. Total Ripoff $5,500.00. She never called back and her voice mail is always full. I contacted my lenders and found out that they never completed or submitted anything. She has never did any work or submit any paperwork to my lender, disappeared and never called back. I also no of many other home owners that have been ripped off by her. I am hoping that this notice helps prevent her from continuing ripping other home owners off. She does not work out of any known office and I believe she works from a home in Yorba Linda. Claims all different types of ways she can save your home. Beware! I am willing to share any information on her to prevent her from continuing her fraud business! Email me for more information:
