Hello there, The online tax filing fee indicated and changed every time when I turned to next steps. It
originally offered free filing then offered for 19.95 dollars then
49.95 then changed 29.95 then changed to free and ended up $69.95. Your
website changed price too often when I turned next page of the tax
report.
I have a witness and he saw all. We felt betrayed by their speculation
with the price. We had a chance to discuss with our attorney and we
decided to file a complaint to consumer protection agency and federal
agency for appropriate procedure. I had similar billing issue with incorrect charges, and your
speculation in 2010. Completetax.com apologized and refunded a fee to my
account for 2009 tax return. Now I have long and endless issue plus
problem with this charge and your service's attitude how you are doing a
business with me. We reported to consumer agency and they confirmed about completetax.com.
People are saying that the company's culture and business with crooks,
swindlers, and embezzlers. Their business is listed on scam list. It
is due to a high number of unhappy and angry customers who had
experience with incorrect charges and poor customer service. The customer service delayed to respond to my inquiry and ignored my
calls and never followed up with me on time per my urgent requests. I am very angry and disappointed with their attitude how they are running a business with customers especially me. Also, I had many attempts to contact and call customer service and
no one did not respond by phone for many days and for a long time! They do not post their ph number online. I finally reached CCH headquarter office and one rep confirmed that they do
not have my account and assumed that I am ghost customer at your system
and kicked me out. CCH and completetax.coom company and customer service do not value me
neither and in any way. I am not happy with CCH and completetax.com customer service and late response more than 20 days later! Even they responded blankly without a solution and blah blah blah. Their website asked me to pay difference prices online every two minutes
for 19.95$ then increased up to $49.95 then quickly changed down to 29
dollars 95 cents then ended up 69 dollars 95 cents. The price switched
every 2 minutes.
I do not plan to file a tax return next year with swindler Completetax.com and going to tell millions customers about your specualtion, attitude, and awful customer service. I am truly not appreciated their ignorance with my calls and requests for a refund and solution with incorrect fees and problem. I got a bad experience with CCH and completetax.com customer service and incorrect charges that repeated again this year. It is enough from you!!! |
