Failure to refund returned product

I ordered a trial of Cellan which allowed a 16 day trial period. The product was slow to arrive and 2 further orders were filled and arrived 2 days apart. I was forced to cancel the order due to a severe allergic reaction which required medical intervention. I returned 2 months worth of product (unopened) and was informed that my credit card would be credited. My card has not been credited nearly 2 months later. I think this form of marketing which in effect involves automatic delivery of product without specific order placement and a form of reverse billing is highly dubious. If the product is so good it should not require automatic delivery on the basis of a trial sample. Sincerely JA

Cellan is a 16-day trial which starts the day of order, which you agreed to on the checkout page. If you are satisfied with the product, we bill you for your initial order and subsequent bottles every 30 days thereafter until cancelled. If you are unhappy with the product and cancel after the trial period you are charged for any bottles that have been shipped to you.
