They charged me over $500 on my office credit card for plastic folders that they knew they didn't have in stock, back ordered since 2009! Yes, 2 years Iâ€™ve been messing with these people. I told them this is illegal to charge me for product they know very well they donâ€™t have in their warehouse. Thatâ€™s how they made $, tell everyone itâ€™s on back order but charge you anyway-bottom line is youâ€™re screwed. I heard theyâ€™re out of business for this very reason; thatâ€™s why no one answers the phone. I heard they screwed someone out of $73,000 and thatâ€™s what took them down. I found a fabulous company, Formula Manufacturing International LLC that has supplied my folders now. Excellent customer service/same product. Give them a try & anyone who has a back order from Century you wonâ€™t get it but theyâ€™ve enjoyed your money. I would think there would be enough to start a class action law suit.
