Did not like that I didn't get a order confirmation email after I placed my online order.
I receieved multiple emails stating that the phone number I provided could not be reached, and I had to call Customer Service for the order to go through. Which is VERY strange, as I have never had a company need to call me, or me call a company for an order to process.
The representative that I spoke to was incredibly pushy for adding on additional accessories to my camera order. After telling the rep that I was not interested in accessories, the rep told me about the "glitch in the website" (which I whole heartedly believe is a BS lie) that did not make customers aware of the 9% insurance fee. The "fee" slapped on an unexpected $60...After regrettably placing my order, I decided that I felt uncomfortable giving this dishonest company my money. The day after I placed the order, I called back wanting to cancel my order. Unfortunately, there was a cancellation fee (?!!?!) and I was NOT fully reimbursed, something a truthful and dedicated business would gladly do. all in all, DO NOT order from CertifiedDigital. Take your money and business elsewhere, where you will be treated like a valued customer, not a target for games and lies.
