Who is "the writer" who can provide the e-mail address to report the scam? I have a client dealing with someone who is touting Choi Seng as their funding source. They paid advance fees and funding has been pending for months - they're having trouble getting the money out of China. This sounds just like similar scams I've seen before. I am a victim of Choi Seng. My company has been dealing with them for a year now and have been through all the advance fees (Gift Money) and paper work. It has been a year long adventure of excuses why the funding is not taking place. We have received emails as of today (12-30-11) with more excuse info, the funding date is always a week or two away. Our company is out $75K.
