Uses role as 203K consultant to drive away other contractors so his company, All Florida Construction can get the work. Pretends not to be the owner, yet he controls all the money. Tries to hide the fact by adding other individuals to his accounts, but they do not have control of the money. Inflates costs under 203K so can collect additional funds. His relationship as 203K consultant and contractor on jobs is a conflict of interest and he uses it to misuse funds...i.e. taking out money before work is completed and not being able to account for it when asked.

I had the same situation with VALUE HOMES INSPECTIONS 119 S. Eastern Road, #205 Glenside, PA 19038. Katherine Hall. This fake inspector not only over charged for a feasibility report but she also charged me $900 for a contractors bid meeting where she puts together several contractors to bid on the job. This fee which I found out later was not apart of HUD so I asked for a refund but never received one. She also manipilated the bids so she could give the job to one of her contractors for kickback. BE AWARE OF HER Scam. I reported her to BBB and HUD.
