On September 1 this year, I bought an iTech easy chat 306 Bluetooth headset from this company. 44.99 euros was immediately deducted from my PayPal account.According to their own terms, the customer has the right to a refund if the item is returned within 30 days to them. I did this being very careful to follow their instructions. On October 13, they informed me that they had received the item and that their returns team would assess my request. On their webpage they state that they will refund customers within 30 days. They have not honoured this promise. I have sent them many emails asking about when they intend to refund my money but all I get are emails repeating the same. However, on November 25th, they promised to refund my money within a period of 3-5 working days. I am still waiting for my refund and have even asked them if they would like to give me Skype credit instead of refunding my money. They have not answered me. I do not intend to give up which is probably what they are expecting me to do. Today 13 December they have finally refunded my money. Lorraine Joan Elletson

Hi did you receive the item as I payed by PayPal and the money left my account straight. Then I received email asking for photo of my bank card just last four digits. I covered the rest not thinking its fraud but now I'm thinking why did they need it if I paid by PayPal. Anyways still not received item and they are not responding to my emails. Have to claim through PayPal now.
