Checksmart Insight pre paid mastercard/bridge account line of credit, Internet

I currently have a Insight prepaid card thru Checksmart with their bridge account line of credit. I have had this card with them for at least the last 6 months, and use it time to time. It is due every payday whenever you have a balance, so its something I only use when we really need to. I have never once been late with paying this card, I call and pay them when it is due on the due date with no problems.


They tend to call you quite a few times to remind you that your payment is due, which is kind of annoying but I understand that its their job so I just let them know I will call and pay it when I get my check. The other day they called me and reminded me that I was due the next day and I told them thanks, I will call tomorrow and pay my account. I call them to pay it and they say that it has already been taken from my checking account. I ask them why and they said that it was late so it went to collections. They tell me that I was actually due yesterday so that is why they took it out. The lady assured me that there was no penalty for this, so I thought no biggie I was going to use my debit card on my bank account anyways.They said that it would post after the weekend.


So Monday rolls around and I look at my bank account and it has indeed posted, not pending,for the full amount. My phone rings and it is the insight card people asking me why I havent paid my account. I explain to them what happened and they said that they will note the account. I then recieve 2 more calls asking the same thing and I let them know that it has been paid and they say that they will note the account again.


Tuesday comes along and I am called first thing in the morning to remind me of my past due payment that needs to be paid. I at this point am getting rather irratated due to the fact that it was paid and already noted be several employees already. They said that they didnt see the payment and I needed to fax in a copy of my transaction history from my bank. They told me to go to a local checksmart store and they would help me take care of it. I go in and they fax a copy of the transaction to the number and I call to verify and they said that they recieved it and would give me a call back. They call back and tell me that I faxed them the wrong information that I needed to send them my entire transaction history to them not just the one item.


I go back home at this point its late in the day and the bank is closed and I figure I can take care of it tomorrow. Guess what, Wednesday comes and I recieve yet another call asking for payment. I head out to the Bank and get the printout that they asked for and go to another Checksmart store. They fax it over and give me a verification page that the fax went thru, while I call they say they will call me back again. I head home and finally recieve a call saying that they did not recieve my fax that I needed to go back.


Frusterated with a temper tantrum throwing two year old ha ha I head back for yet my 3rd visit to Checksmart and fax it over.I fax it and get another confirmation that it went thru, called and was told they would call back again since there was a 10 minute delay on the fax. They call me and say that this is still not correct proof that it went thru my account. They want my account balance to prove that the item was not going to be returned.


I point out to them that it shows in the statement my balance and that there are several transactions that posted after that and I still had a available balance of 531.00. They still said they couldnt accept that and continued to rude to me after I told them the situation and that this is what I was supposed to fax. She said that was my problem and hung up on me. I couldnt take any moreof this so I didnt call back. Im hoping they realize that itis indeed paid and quit harrassing me.


They have the worst customer service ever and give their customers the run around. I am never doing business with this comapany again
