Cheryl Stelzer - Lambs Led to the Slaughter – The Butcher on Woolwich Street This is a book/manuscript of actual events that Cheryl Stelzer encouraged me to write half way through her retainer. Cheryl Stelzer L.LB is a lawyer on Woolwich Street in Guelph Ontario. The images in the book are actual documents and certified transcripts of these divorce proceedings and Cheryl Stelzer's assessment hearing. The Police, newspapers, banks and television broadcasts issue bulletins to the general public of how to protect ourselves from “cons†and “fraudsâ€. But no one up until now told us how to protect ourselves from the “cons†and “frauds†of our own lawyers. This book/manuscript is only one example of how the “con†is worked in the mind games that were played by Cheryl Stelzer and Carolyn Ruth Thomas on me, my representative and an Officer of the Superior Court of Justice in her assessment hearing of accounts, duping everyone involved who reads the transcripts. I did extensive research to write the book/manuscript that Stelzer encouraged me to write, after Cheryl Stelzer’s assessment hearing of accounts because I couldn’t see it at the time. Transcripts of discoveries detail what a competent lawyer does versus two con artists, clowns, illusionists, magicians who just thought they could make Superior Court evidence, Discoveries Transcripts and strength of case magically and mystically disappear in creating the smoke and mirrors in their perjured and conspired sworn testimonies that each of them gave working the “conâ€. I point out more than 30 flaws in their conspired sworn testimonies. There are many more flaws in the mind games that these two women lawyers played. It took a long time for me to figure it out because I couldn’t see it until I did the research. 10 months into my case Cheryl Stelzer finally got around to reading the transcripts of discoveries and now knew she had to work a "con" on her own client. So she went out and hired a second lawyer to conspire against her own client. The transcripts of her assessment hearing is the proof of the conspiracy. The conspiracy is the retainer that Stelzer and Thomas signed together. That made Thomas, Stelzer’s lawyer, not mine. Stelzer could be as negligent as she wanted to be because Thomas was working in the best interests of Cheryl Stelzer, who was her client. I am not a lawyer, have no legal back ground and this book/manuscript has no intention to provide anyone with legal advice. Seek out a true and competent lawyer from the beginning of divorce proceedings. This is not to suggest that all lawyers are the same. I wasn’t driving this bus that got so out of control and you don’t see L.LB after my name.

| This woman has been stalking me for over 10 years. She is medically unstable. The comments that she makes in this report are slanderous. I have been found to be not at fault by the Law Society of Upper Canada and any complaint has been dismissed in relation to the claims filed by Joanne Gow in the above report. I would ask that you remove this listing in order to avoid any unnecessary law enforcement involvement in support of having this slanderous commentary removed. |
