This company called Chibi City Siyu Textile Printing And Dyeing Factory located in China was found on the internet . They manufacture towels etc in China .
I had ordered one 20 ft container from them . We had a few quality issues , but nothing that could not be corrected. My CEO went to the factory in China for a visit and all seemed well. We ordered a 2nd shipment , with many of the same towel designs from the 1st shipment. We paid our deposit, and when goods were ready we paid for the goods plus shipping cost.
We received this 2nd order of towels and when we started to quality check them , we could not believe what was sent to us . BAD BAD QUALITY . The shipment had towels of the wrong colour, so many flaws on them. Holes, thin lines etc . Almost 85% were bad towels . I gave Mr. Xia Wei my contact , the chance to either get SGS to inspect the towels , so he could see how bad they were. Also if he wanted to send someone to quality check the towels . He never replied to me on SGS inspection and said he could not come down to inspect towels.
Mr. Xia Wei is now no longer communicating via email . I have lost approx $120,000 USD
THIS COMPANY IS A scam ... do not buy from them . CHIBI CITY SIYU - I have learnt my lesson with this company . Beware as I have been told this happens to many people

Update --- this comnpany still is not returning any emails sent by me to try and resolve any repay on any of these bad towels. I have since called SGS and have been told this is something that happens, 1 st shipment good, 2nd shipment bad - called chinese consulate in my country and unfort., because the transaction was paid deposit on order and then remainder paid to get BOL etc, it was my resp. to ensure the quality of the goods were good before it left to my company . ..
Just hoping that no other company gets scammed by this company

do not get scammed from this company in china, if you wish to do business with them then pay for an inspection by a legit company like SGS ...
