Below are real e-mails from Peter McGrath. It seems Chris Woods stole his company name and screwed him over as well. Basically, Chris Woods stole the Carducci name and others and poses it as his own companies, then steals the content and creates his own "replica" company. It seems Woods also stole the name Black Pearl "Furniture company" as well. Chris Woods has NO books on any of his fake furniture companies. Nothing Whatsoever. So how is he paying millions of dollars to American Express? Loan money for what? Nothing exists...their in NO company, NO logs, No Books , NO transaction receipts, NOTHING. He is stealing it and using it for his lavish lifestyle. It's with all intent to defraud. I bet those American Express cards and bank accounts tell the story.....Chris Woods has yet to produce real legit verified documents of any kind. Period.

In October 2007 I shipped 3 / 40 foot containers of furniture to LA. There was a sum of $110,000.00 that was a balance owed to me for the containers of furniture.. In November 2007 I arrived in LA to follow up on the Showroom VENTURE. WOODS THEN APPARENTLY HAD NO MONEY and the Showroom never happened. In December 2007 I received a 40 page Court Document...Chris Woods SHAFTED HEINRIK SARADINI for US$2.500,000.00. The broker that put together the deal got $600,000.00 and Woods received $1,900,000.00 that went STRAIGHT TO H HONG KONG BANK ACCOUNT. I have all the paperwork and the Lawyers details. Since I shipped the containers consigned to CARDUCCI LLC I could not retrieve or claim any of the containers. For the past 18 months I have heard the same OLD STORY. I will send you the $148,000.00 TOMORROW. CURRENTLY WOODS OWES ME US$148,000.00 as I had to pay my manufacturer a shortfall for the shipped goods, $15,000.00 for the shipping of the 3 containers and the $110,000.00 that I paid to formulate the furniture that was shipped.
Tracking him down is a waste of time caus this F*CKWIT is a LOOSER with a Death Wish.

Not ironic at all. Dawn Colleen Oliva (aka Dawn Oliva, Dawn Woods, Donatella Oliva) was 100% guilty of theft and fraud and was 100% aware of ALL that was going on. She claimed to work at Carducci herself. I have been sitting back for over a year reading all of these terribly things people are saying all while watching her ruin her so called boyfriends life. I say so called because all she wants is his money. She has destroyed his health, his friendships and his relationship with his family. She does nothing but belittle him and work him like a donkey. I've kept my mouth shut all this time because he didn't deserve to be exposed but something has to be done before this guy has a stroke or worse.

She is a real piece of S***, a loser and good for NOTHING. She is a MASTER manipulator and DAMN good at it. All she does is complain that this poor guy doesn't do enough. He is a regular guy who works two jobs and has always done so because he wanted to earn a decent living. Now he is in over his head and its STILL not good enough for this gold digger. HE CAN'T AFFORD CHANEL BAGS YOU LOSER!! GET A JOB AND BUY IT YOURSELF!! He was a good man before she brainwashed him.

Dawn is PATHETIC and CAN'T find a job because her only skill is manipulation. WALMART wont even hire her. She lives a FAKE life on facebook, twitter, my space, etc. It's ALL lies. She has NOTHING and her bf has NOTHING. There is no champagne, there is no chateau, there is no trips to Paris, there's not even electricity in the house half the time. He can't even afford the rent in the DTLA loft she manipulated him into leasing. That place is history this summer and she STILL refuses to help him. She doesn't care because she has friends that she leaches off of. Dawn should be in jail along with Chris Woods.

She married him for the sole purpose of exchanging money for a green card. They DID have a place together but they were never there together. He would come home and scream and yell about her spending and constant partying. She didn't care and went so far as to sleep with him to shut him up and keep the money coming. So once again I ask...WHY ISN'T SHE SERVING TIME TOO? She knew exactly where the money came from and she played the game right along side of Chris.

She stole so much money that she bought her way into a lifestyle that she tries to keep fresh and "REAL" to the people that may not know what she did to obtain all that money. She cant even afford a pack of gum. I dare ANYONE to try and challenge me on this. I KNOW the truth about this girl from first hand experience.

PS, NOTHING in her life is real except the pain and suffering she inflicts on the people who have the misfortune of getting mixed up with her. #thatsforDAMNsure# She is a one person wrecking crew that destroys lives. She is SO INSECURE that she finds his 20 year old daughter from across the country a threat. Sorry if I sound like a broken record but...
