City Financial They take your money in seconds but dont ever give it back !!!!!! Stockport, Other

I was looking for a loan for some home improvements, so did some research online. I applied with a company for finance and the next day I got a call from City Financial. They asked me some details like name, address etc. I confirmed all details and they asked about the loan why I needed it and When I would like to pay it back. They assured me several times they would deposit the money in my account asap i just had to pay the deposit fee and sign terms and conditions. So i paid the fee over the phone there and then, then a few days later received the terms and conditions in the post. Thats when I noticed that CITY FINANCIAL are a broker, they do not lend me the money, so i was furious. Wrote a letter to there office stating I wanted a refund as I would never use a broker and why wasnt that explained to me. I then took a loan out from the bank and the bank told me that these companies just scam people, which I was oblivious too. I have sent sent a further 3 letters to CITY FINANCIAL and never received a reply! They never answer the calls or voicemails I leave! and when I do get through they just argue with you on the phone, so Ive lost 65 and have been left very frustrated, annoyed and this company needs to be named and shamed!!!!!!! No matter what you do, dont ever go to CITY FINANCIAL always go to your bank!!!!!!
