Cl WorldWide Events selling tickets which don't exist on a fake ticket website London, Nationwide

This company is selling tickets to all sorts of events and they don't have any tickets and have scammed loads of people of lots of money at least 10 that have contacted me. See http://daydreamingonline.com/clworldwideevents.com/
They were hosted in leeds U.K. now they have moved to U.S.A. they have not answered the phone or responded to anyones email for over a week. (The people i'm in touch with) I have reported this site but still it continues. What do i have too do? How can they be allowed to carry on? There are strong links on this site to another scam site too but am still waiting for the police to get back to me about that. But stay well clear from these people you don't even have to agree to there terms and conditions to buy tickets and simply using test credit card details and the word scam you can complete checkout then get told your get a confirmation email shortly.
