| Clara Troyer and her husband Andy Troyer sells ponies and horses in Millersburg, Ohio. She is ex-Amish and comes off like a sweet old lady but don't let her fool you. She claims that her animals come from local farms but that's not true. She buys them at the Mt. Hope and Sugar Creek sales. Often times she sells them the same day she buys them reporting that they are kid safe, healthy, and having good tempermants. She advertises on the internet with I bought three such animals from her, two ponies and one horse. The two ponies I had to donate them to someone because of poor health and bad tempermant. The horse came off the trailer with two leg injuries. She talks about a guarantee but she doesn't offer any money back. Do not buy from her. If you want to take your chances at the sale buy there yourself and save 500 bucks. She is full of bad stories about her local competitors but yet she is exactly what she says they do. Totally unethical, takes poor care of her animals, and so does her associates (shipper, trainer, shoer). She does not call the vet for her injured animals. She tries to doctor them herself and often times they suffer. Google her name and you will see her property is in bankruptcy. I hope this helps somebody else not getting burned for thousands like I have! |

| I was one of the shippers that hauled all 3 animals. The horse was put in 9 X 9 round pen full of mud. The 2 ponies were dropped off at a prep school with very small children. The pen that the ponies were put in was not even big enough for 1 large dog. All of the animals were VERY healthy when they were loaded and when they were unloaded off my trailer. The lady that posted this on here even inspected all 3 of them before she signed my paperwork. Which states if there were anything wrong with the animals then do not sign and call the vet out to check the animal. But she signed and was very happy with all 3 of the animals when we left her. The horse was scared and felt alone after his friends were took somewhere else. I have sence found out the this horse was bought by her for $500 and she sold him for $3500. As far as I am concerened all she wanted to do is make a profit from all of these animals and that was it. I have horses of my own and would never treat anyone else horse the way this woman is saying we did. I called my boss and Mrs. Troyer and told them that I did not like the places she was putting these horses as soon as I left from her. So I objected leaving them from the first time I saw where they were going. I hope people that read this will still call and talk to my boss and Mrs. Troyer to find out how they really are. They both love horses and would do anything to protect them in any way they can. I am sorry if this woman feels like she was treated wrong by anyone but if she saw a problem she could have called me or anyone involved as soon as I left but she waited about 3 weeks before she even said anything to anyone. So this leads me to believe that all of the animals were wrongly treated by her or people she left in charge of them and not by any of us. |

| This is Clara Lyn got the horses and ponies the way they were recommended.she knew the pal pony had grass fonder.The people she asked to have them cart trained let her out on lush grass and for what lyn wanted her for she was the perfect little pony.As far as her saying there was a sales sticker that was wher she rubbed her but on the gate. She was bought out of southern Ill by Chad Melton .this little pony never had a sticker came right off afarm.Then ask Lyn for where she gave the pony too, Iwas told They love hershe has never provede her point to anybody because she neglected to put phone no in.She knew people would call those people and actually expose the truth .She also bought a haflinger off of me for 500.00 and resold for 3500.00 recommend green but Quiet ask Lynn for the Phone no to these people. There just like any other religion go to church on sunday to show your face right Dan there are alot of good christian people that go to church .Ask Lyn Who the hershberger girl and Lyn would call late at night and disguise their voice?Then proceed to call the thearepeudic place she gave the gray and white pony no phone no . again to verify her story.Why not call the local sale barn to verify how many horses and ponies clara actually buys at the sales .Clara bought 35 head of ponies show stock off ofa guy that lost his wife to cancer they had been badly neglected.thin we brought them home and wormed them and fed them they gained wght, in a hurry. Some people are bored and like to see how much trouble they can cause for other people. but the truth never hurts when there are phone numbers to back your story.
