A man that has no business and social skills. He is in no place to be a Bengal Breeder. Horrible experience.

I am a very established Bengal breeder. I am a small in-home cattery. I focus on the quality and not the quantity of my Bengals. I have recently retired my queen because she has had 3 litters and I felt it was time to get her fixed. So I am now looking for a new queen to breed. January 19, 2012 I called Dave Clark, the owner of Clarkstone Bengals and it is true that first impressions speak the loudest. This is a family business and ran by my father and I. He proceeded to tell me that I know nothing about breeding Bengals just because I am many years his senior. I told him about the history of my Bengal stud and queen. Clark then tells me that where I purchased them from was a horrible cattery, when in all actuality both of the breeders have won many awards and been featured in TICA. By the way he talks all he cares about is the money. He told me that I had a horrible queen because she had small litters at first, then surprised me with 6 kittens for her final litter! He said you will never make money when you have a queen like that. I said excuse me, and he told me I was being disrespectful! HA, he said I was. The whole time I controlled my temper and attempted to have a nice cordial conversation with him, because I called to do business with him, but he treated the whole conversation like a 'lesson'. This unruly man may be older, but obviously that does not mean anything when it comes to respect and having a business and talking with a potential customer. Yes his kittens are beautiful. But do not fall for this. He is a money hog that is crazy and needs to be in Psychiatric hospital rather than breeding Bengal cats!
Dave Clark is a dangerous man.
I did business with Dave Clark or what ever name he is going by this week. He goes by different names when he places ads. I got burned. I am out of my money. I got a sorry cat. He has eye candy, but that is it. You need to research for another breeder. There are complaints every where on this man. Buyer Beware is all I can say.

Myleslie is better known as Leslie Pool...she is a very new dog breeder that has become a bengal breeder. Her business is AMAZON BENGALS...out of Taylor, Texas.
She came to my place, I interviewed her and we just couldn't help her. I escorted her out like a lady but, refused to shake her hand good by...around where I live ...there is a reason why I did not shake her hand.
She is trouble...I had to go to an attorney and have a restraining order issued to keep her from slandering a good man. It just continues...a scorned, hateful, lady...
In 10 years not a single complaint...now since this lady has surfaced I am having problems...
She's TROUBLE...and in our business she is unethical.
If it takes my last breath I will defend the hard work and good name that I have earned with hundreds of customers...
The comment by I know dave too...is also Leslie...
I see some Post's made by Dave Clark have been removed...It's ok I do have a copy of all the nasty things he said.
I posted this on Dave's slanderous comments about Amazon Bengals, Leslie Pool. Here it is for every one who comes here.
IT'S TRUE I never bought a cat from Dave Clark and never intended to buy from Clarkstone Bengals. I wanted to see the hut that was pictured on his web site and I wanted to find out where he got it or how he made it. I didn't care about his set up only the beautiful African style hut. I didn't care about how his program worked or ANY of his cats he had for sale.
I looked at one cat...ONE and that was because it was in a cage up front...I asked for no information on the cat.
There is no restraining order and there is no letter from an attorney. ANY attorney who would claim I have defaced or slandered this cattery would KNOW that's not at all what has happened and would NEVER put themselves in such a position.
This has become a slanderous expose by Dave Clark because a WOMEN went to his cattery and he scared her with his actions and reactions. I posted my issue with him back in August 2011 and told no one about it. Others found this post and made comments. I didn't post again until January of 2012 because he started emailing and calling me relentlessly about my post back in August 2011. I am Leslie Pool of Amazon Bengals.
