Menlo Ave., Gardena, CA 90247 under FHA guidelines (FHA Case No. CA1975049373703) with the assistance of Maria Tejeda a real estate agent DRE # 01857427, and Oscar Tejada who prepare all the paperwork for the loan with Bank of America (escrow closing 032793-GS) and straw buyer Martha M. Nunez. The purchase of the house was for $281,213.00 on September 20, 2010, and now the property is for sale "regular sale" for $375,000 (see MLS Tempo # R1103960) as of June 16, 2011. How in the world that subject property increased in value in less than a year over $94,000 ?? How in California a NON-Owner will be qualified for an FHA loan (Martha M. Nunez)? Claudia Matias lives in the subject property where should be living Martha M. Nunez How the straw buyer Martha M. Nunez qualified for a loan with Bank of America ? if she does not live in the property ? Be aware . Be careful and report any activities made by Claudia Matias, Maria Tejeda, and Oscar Tejada.
