Cleverbridge don't respond to emails

Wanted money back for a product

I ordered a product through a BdJ offer. As their offers are only valid for a day I ordered it right away. After I read the program's EULA on the developers website I couldn't accept it and wanted my money back as I haven't installed the program "Mackeeper". Haven't had any problems in the past with products bought through Cleverbridge but now they don't respond.

Just received a mail from Cleverbridge greenlighting the refund. They had to wait for the developer. Keep you posted when I receive the refund back on my credit card

We refunded this order on 30/8/11 therefore the funds should appear back in your account within 3-5 business days. Feel free to contact us or your bank if you do not see that refund within that time-frame.

Buy your program on 24/5/2012, according to Fra. no. AKD-73618282780 REF. 32551634. My name is Manuel Hernandez Arberas, [email protected] I had to change the Operating System LION to Snowleopard for compatibility with earlier Apple applications that I had. I'm trying to reload your program and not working properly. I appreciate your help.
