Coles Furniture Lied to & Ripped Off $2461.00 Mt. Orab, Ohio

I wish I would have read complaints about Cole Furniture. They are very nice to you until you make the purchase, after that look out! It's been 2 months and I still have nothing. They told me 3-6 wks usually 4 weeks. I was told that they had no furniture in stock and that everything has to be ordered. I called to find out the status of the order and was told I don't know, I can't find it. I will have a manager call you back. No one ever returned a call to me. I got mad enough I called back. This man I talked to said my order may be in at the first of the week or a couple of weeks. Then he proceeded to tell me how great of a batting average they have. I was unaware that we were playing ball. I ask If I could just get my card credited so I could just go some place else and get some furniture. He yelled all sales are final and you will get no credit. Then he told me I could come in and pick out furniture that they carry in stock....They told me when I ordered, they don't have any in stock everything must be ordered. Makes me wonder if this is someone else's furniture they are trying to give me. Makes me think that this is what happened to my furniture, another upset customer ended up with it. I then told the man I would be calling my credit card company. He got really mad and yelled you can't do that! Well I did...I also filled a complaint with the BBB. I was trying to support a local business. I can get the same kind of customer service (none) at a large chain store, only they would have given a refund I am so upset with this whole situation, I don't want them to make one cent from me. I just want to be credited back what they charged me, so I can go some place else. I was told I will get a call when the stuff comes in. I think he was trying to say leave me alone.
