I ordered a cigar cutter, punch and a lighter, which I thought were pretty expensive, but hey - you get what you pay for, right? Well, I didn't get anything for my hundred bucks! I called to cancel the order and asked them to reverse the charges on my credit card. Two weeks later....nothing. As it turns out, I was very lucky to speak to someone early on. They don't answer the phone, will not return your call, or respond to your e-mail. There usually is a phone message saying "sorry, but we won't be taking any calls today...." This is NOT A REAL COMPANY! Keep your money and shop elsewhere. Now, I've disputed the charges with my credit card company, so I will keep my fingers crossed. DON"T SHOP HERE!

I wish I'd thought to do a search on this company and saw this post, before making my purchase. It wasn't until days later, after my payment cleared my account, that they sent me a one sentence email stating that the lighter I'd ordered had been "discontinued and not available". I replied to their email requesting that they credit my payment back to my account, but they haven't responded, and when I called them, I got the recording that said they weren't taking calls. My bank also phoned them on a three-way call, and got a looping recorded message that said, "If you know your party's extension, you can enter it now". So it seems that you get a different message after you've spent money with them. (??) My bank has temporarily reversed the charge, but if they can't recover the money from the merchant, they'll just apply the debit to my account again. ColibriMall.com are real cheats!
