| I purchased a dual Serenity Swing from Comfort Solutions Inc at a festival in NV. Cost $1600. Would give me a $100 off if I paid by check instead of credit card. But I had no check so on the VISA it went. Delivery was to be in 2-3 weeks. I called several times, and assured me it was on it's way. Parts were missing, parts were back-ordered, etc. Kept dragging on until the 30 day credit card period had passed. Then he stopped answering his phone. Finally got through by using a different number. Confronted him on my merchandise. Phone was stolen so he couldn't make any calls. You have a question, he has an excuse as to why he can't deliver it. Finally got a full name to go with the business and did a background check. This guy is bad news. Stay away unless you just flat out want to give him your money. I am in the process of suing him, but I have to go to Idaho to file and have him served because that is his business is located. I found out he is doing a circuit of home shows and festivals across Oregon, Nevada, California, and possibly Utah. The sample is a very nice product so it's easy to get sucked in. But in researching with some that actually gotten the swing, it wasn't as heavy as the one demonstrated. Six complaints have been filed with the BBB. 4 for delivery and 2 for product switching. I will be filing mine with the BBB shortly. You have been warned. Please learn from my loss. |

| I believe that I got scammed by the same indiviuals. I was at the Hot August Nights event in Reno Nevada to see all the classics cars. I went to the Atlantis casino on August 12, 2011 to look at more classic cars. As I was walking past all the vendors and the various items they were selling, I saw a patio dual recliner swing that I was interested in. The vendor (Alan Westphal of Boise, ID) would not take a personal check or a credit card, so againt my better judgement I used my bank card. He got his money on the spot and I was garranted delivery in two weeks. Every week he changed the delivery date until after two month I said enough was enough and said I wanted a refund of my money. I called and talked to his wife (Marielle Westphal of Boise, ID) and she would send a repund check. After a week of not seeing the refund check I called Marielle Westphal again and she said that see would sent another refund check by FedEx so it could be tacked. After a week of not seeing the refund check again, I kneew that I had been defrauded and scammed by these two individuals. I am an American soldier in the US Army and will fight until justice is served. These two individuals are scamm artists and you should stay far away from them, or you to will have to fight to get your money back. They are working under the business name Serenity Swings by Comfort Solutions, There names are Alan and Marelle Westphal (I am sure that they have alias names). The phone numbers I have that they will not answer is Alan (208) 860-7168, and Marielle (208) 994-2741. If you should happen to see these individual on the street, I would call the police. |
