I was emailed by this firm. They say to be specialized in lending money to people who are blacklisted and cannot borrow money elsewhere. Because of the risc they have to take special insurances to protect themselves. All the costs of this has to be paid by the client (borrower).
The borchure they send looks professional and genuine; but what is missing are address, telephonenumber en website.
They say they are a daughter company (or working together) of the Agricultural Bank of China and cooperate with AIG (insurance company).

Before getting the loan clients have to pay the insurance bonus. This is another form of upfront payment.
When you ask for more details (address, telephonenumber and so on) seceder, they answer "when you don't trust us, you have to search for another bank" and stop the communication.

Beware: unlike other scam offers their language (in this case Dutch) was high standard. The brochure looks professional. The emails was signed by one miss or mrs Yvonne Thys.
They use an untraceable faxnumber beginning with "087".
