CST has the worst customer service ever. I was supposed to receive a new machine in the mail however I never received it. Now my car will not start so I could not drive to work! I immediately called CST and explained the situation only to be told I need to check with my neighbors to see if they have my delivery. Once we got past that I was then informed I would need to call back to speak with someone else but that person would not be in until another hour. I called back after a little over an hour only to be blind transferredtimes and each time i spent at least 15mins holding. Finally this Jeremy person comes on the phone and greets me with "This is Jeremy". At this point I am furious and I go on to tell Jeremy that he is the 4th person I've spoken too and I'm upset that he gets on the phone with no clue as to what is going on after all I've been through. Jeremy immediately starts telling me what need to do and that if i dont do what he says he will hang up on me. Of course that just made me even more furious. When I tried to reply to him he hung up in my face! How can you as a person in charge and knowing all that has happened to a paying customer get on the phone and start demanding things from the person who has been victimized by your company. In any case my car will not start, I dont have my new machine, and I have missed work because this. I pay my bill every month and I should not be the one left without any resolution. I am preparing to take legal action against this company. Tell your local government to refrain from doing business with these people.
