ConWay Truckload CFI Beware Trashing my DAC for reporting Harrassment Joplin, Missouri

I was employed at Con Way for 3.5 years. In June my red truck was due to be traded in so when I got to the Joplin terminal I was told to go to truck assignment, I was told there "I dont have any new trucks for you, I dont know why they keep pulling you guys in here faster than we are getting trucks in" OK this is not MY problem, anyway I was issued one of the "660 with a studio sleeper" Up until this I had NOT had a problem with my MPG, ConWays wants you to maintain 6.4 or above and considering the pay zip code to zip code,you can get a "fuel adjustment" if you make multiple stops iin a larger city, or if you have to take HM routing, You dont get PAID for the out of route miles it just wont count against your monthly MPG, they figure your MPG by DISPATCHED miles divided by gallons of fuel purchased in the month, YES if you fuel on the last day of the month and wasnt dispatched on enough miles to cover this, your MPG, DROPS below company standard, You get a call from the fuel department. I got this dreaded call the first of Aug. this year, was told by M. "the studio sleepers dont get good MPG, I would have to drive 62 mph if I wanted to stay employed at Con Way" When I commented that it would cost me 30 miles a day he said it was 30 minutes a day, with the e-logs on board the only way to makes this work is to "when You get up and start driving You have to stay with it hard, You cant be stopping at every buffet" Ok yes Im a little chunky but I dont need anyone telling me this, I am a steady driver and I DONT EAT AT BUFFETS, so I reported M. to C. in driver retention. supposed to be "open door policy" and NO one should be harrassed this way I was Told by C. this would be taken care of and YES it was, couple of days before I was to go home I got a call from M. stating he had seen I was driving 62 so he wasnt going to make me monitor and call in weekly to him to discuss my MPG. I did get home(this was for Dr. appt.) and found I needed minor surgery, I called ConWay and was told I could take my weeks vac. So surgery done and back to work on 09-07-2011 I was dispatched on a load heading SE (away from Joplin) it cancelled, got another load that put me at one time 120 miles from joplin, KC MO then to witchita KS, pu at Hutchinson KS to TN. at NO TIME was I routed into Joplin, On 09-08-2011 I went to the Joplin yard for terminal fuel, got work done on truck and trl. fuel, etc. about 3 hours there, However when I got to gaurd shack I was told to turn around go back and speak with safety, so I did. I had to speak with MT and he at that time said "We have recieved 3 call in's from 4-wheelers about you in the past 18 months" I was aware of these because when they happen safety talks to you about them and EACH time I was told by safety not to worry, each one was the car was MERGING onto highway (we all know many cars DONT properly merge) No I was NOT able to move to the left lane there was TRAFFIC, of course they said I ran them off the shoulder. SO, I was to come back on09-09-2011 they would make a determination about this and when I did speak with MT he told me I was TERMINATED, "If they would let me leave here (Joplin) and would be in a wreck the police could pull these records see this and I could go to JAIL" These 3 call in's were NOW in 6 months, I had "came into V-2 's lane, used "rude jesters" He refused to let me see these reports, refused to give me copies of said reports, the ONLY thing he would give me was in his writting, and each entry was:
DATE and "V1 came into V2 lanes" REFUSED to sign this also, the last date was 08-24-2011 and supposedly happened in Harrisburg PA. I was in Raleigh NC. heading to St. Louis MO on those dates, no where close to PA (I ran I-64) was told by T.L. I was being terminated for ""Complaint; an excessive number of complaints have been received regarding the drivers service and/or safety""

2 recodables were; deer jumped out in front of me and car hit me in atlanta GA, she was found at fault and ticketed
5 NON were;1- alleged hit a fence, closed d/t no contact 2 -roof of trl. broke open while loading
3-trl.damaged while unloading 4-another driver backed into side of my truck 5-ran over a patch of grass, YES I did do this one, I was at fault, tight area rear trl tire ran over curb into grass and left a rut, however according to ConWays report this was "closed without payment" I received my SAFETY bonuses each quarter,even after the call in's, at no time was I dispatched into Joplin for these call, Con Way is sticking to their theory it was because of safety, even told unemployment the reason for discharge was "she had multiple driving complaints while operating the employers vehicle. the claimant was required to operate the employer's vehicle in a safe and responsible manner" I BELIEVE I was Terminated for calling in on one of the "good ol' boys" and saying the word harrassment, I know a company can put whatever they feel like on your DAC, Mine just got TRASHED Brook
