Mark Davis will act like your best friend and lie through his teeth! He leased our RV for a three year lease purchase and raved about the "buyer" being a long term client and stable. From day one of a three year lease we had to chase down payments and even hire an attorney. The "buyer" did not do ANYTHING according to the lease and Mark was no help at all! He had already pocketed the $8,000 finders fee! Mark Davis words his contracts to where it will cost you dearly to pursue and he knows it.

He lies and tells you if it comes back he will make three months payments and he WILL NOT! We got the RV back one year early. ($16,000 we lost there) - The buyer did NO maintenance as required and over $20,000 in DAMAGE!!!! The "Buyer" even claims that Mark stole $3,000 in parts off the RV and sold them to make even more money. I have filed criminal charges against Mark as well as the "Buyer" for vandalism and civil charges are in the works. I wish I had known what a scumbag this guy is! He is an arrogant a** as soon as he gets what he wants and is now a thief as well!

Once the RV was returned damaged he said, "Oh well, what are you going to do, sue? All you will get in Texas is a judgment!" Then he had the nerve to assume we would lease it again through him! He is charging the "Buyers" an outrageous of $8,000 for something that a reputable company in Alabama will do for $750!!! Stay far away from this loser!!!! It has cost us over $36,000 to do "business" with this scumbag. Final note - He came and picked up the RV from us but when it was returned, it was our problem to get it back and he was too chicken to face us with all the damage!
