CPS in San Bernandino County Took my daughter under false reports Victorville, California

I live in Stanislaus County and my daughter ran away when attacked my wife and 5 year old child. She was found on a train in Barstow California headed to her mothers house in Kingman AZ. Her mother has no rights to any of the children and tried to ubduct my child by sending her money to get on the train. I talked with the local CPS worker in that area and informed them of the situation and asked for them to help me. After recieving my daughter they took a false statement from her and assumed that it was the truth. She claimed that she was abused and that it had been going on for some time. CPS never investigated any of the claims and put her in the care of the court and are now trying to strip me of my parental rights. The local CPS here cant understand why this county is doing this. The San Berandino county juvinial court cant understand why this is being heard in their court. My rights as a US citizen are at stake here. None of the claims they have before this court are true. CPS in the victorville area have failed to do their jobs and investigate any of the said claims against me and are trying to swiftly take my rights away as a parent. The name of the case worker is Jerrold Jacobs and his boss Karen Hill both have ignored my request for further investigation into this matter. This started on the 5th of May 2011 and is not over yet. When is this department going to be held accountable for their abuse to children and their families? This is America, we have rights and mine are being taken away.
